America will be the only country to leave the accord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the arrangement, the planet&#8217;s states established\nVoluntary goals for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and working to prevent\nthe planet from warming more than 2 degrees Celsius (3.6 degrees Fahrenheit)\nabove pre-industrial levels.
